The Beechworth Food Court offers an amazing array of food stalls and eateries right in the heart of town — the perfect spot for festival-goers to relax, refuel, and soak up the atmosphere. Surrounded by a full program of live entertainment on stage and in the streets, it’s a bustling hub of flavour and fun all day long.

We’re inviting food and drink vendors to join this vibrant setting and share their signature dishes, sweet treats, or refreshing beverages with thousands of visitors. If you’re ready to bring your flavours to Beechworth’s biggest festival of the year, this is the place to be!

Food Vendor Terms

1. Event Details

The Camp ST Food Court will take place in Beechworth over the Easter weekend on Easter Saturday 4th April 2025 (9 AM - 4 PM) . Vendors must operate within their allocated site and trading hours as advised by organisers.


2. Applications & Payment

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Successful applicants will be notified and invoiced.

  • Full payment is required by the due date to confirm your site.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by organisers.


3. Permits & Insurance

  • Vendors must hold a current Streatrader registration and comply with Indigo Shire Council and Victorian food safety requirements.

  • Vendors must provide a valid Public Liability Insurance Certificate


4. Equipment & Safety

  • All equipment must be safe, compliant, and up to code (including electrical and gas).

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their setup meets relevant safety standards.


5. Sustainability & Waste

  • The Golden Horseshoes Festival is proudly sustainably proactive. We ask all vendors to join us in reducing waste and environmental impact.

  • Compostable, reusable, or recyclable packaging must be used wherever possible.

  • Single-use plastics are strongly discouraged.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all waste at the end of the event.


6. Set-Up & Pack-Down

  • Set-up and pack-down times will be provided prior to the event.

  • Vehicle access is restricted and must comply with festival direction.

  • Vendors must remain open for the full duration of trading hours.


7. Power, Water & Weather

  • Power is available (please selection correct site option) and water access is available on request.

  • Vendors must provide their own safe, compliant leads, hoses, and other necessary equipment.

  • The event will proceed in most weather conditions; safety directions from festival staff must be followed at all times.


8. Conduct & Liability

  • Vendors and their staff must behave professionally and respectfully toward the public, festival organisers, and other stallholders.

  • Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

  • Vendors participate at their own risk. The organisers and Indigo Shire Council accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury.

  • If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds or credits may be offered at the organisers’ discretion.


By submitting this application, I agree to the Food Vendor Terms and declare that the information provided is true and correct. I understand that providing false information may affect my application to have a stall for the Golden Horseshoes Festival.
